SHIPPING

I ship all over the world. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity and your location. My shipping service not includes a tracking number everytime (only with express delivery). 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been received. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from when I received your payment. I ship through different services such as Italian Post, DHL, GLS, USPS, HERMES.

Below are the estimated delivery times to your destination: 

Italy 2-7 business days

Europe 7-14 business days

Everywhere else 2-6 weeks

If your order included a pre-order item, please be sure to add the production time to the delivery estimate (you will find it in the description of the product).

 

RETURNS

If you're unhappy with the products you ordered, email me. If I accept your return request you have 5 business days to send the product back. I only accept products that are unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition. I can refund you once I receive it and check the condition. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
